Healing Hierophant- A Gentle Path Back to Your Body

Welcome! I'm Britt

I created this space for women who are holding a lot-

mentally, emotionally, and physically and need somewhere to finally exhale.


My work is about helping you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your inner sense of direction in a way that feels safe, grounded, and supportive.


You don't need to have it all figured out to begin.

What Working Together Looks Like

I help women regulate their nervous system, process what's been building beneath the surface, and reconnect with who they are. 


Sessions blend grounding practices, gentle movement, breath work, and reflection- always paced for your unique system, never rushed. 

What I believe.

  • You are not broken. Your body has been protecting you.
  • Safety comes first. We build support before going deeper.
  • Small steps create lasting change. 
  • Play, movement, nature, and creativity are powerful tools for healing.

Who I Serve

This is a women centered space designed to support those who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of a place to slow down and reconnect.


Sessions are offered in a variety of settings, including online, in nature, or at a peaceful local space depending on what feels most supportive for you.



My Story (the short version)

I've always felt drawn to movement, nature, and understanding how people heal.


After navigating my own life transitions, I rebuilt my foundation through therapy, time in nature, and reconnecting with my body.


That path led me to become a yoga teacher, explore somatic work, and train in Reiki.


Now, I hold space for others in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and real- because it's a path I've walked myself.
