We use conversation, somatic check-ins, and optional reflective card pulls as a mirror - not to predict your future, but to help you hear yourself more clearly. -Optional intuitive card work (used as a mirror, not a forecast)

A smaller, more curated gathering for women who are ready to go a little deeper - held in an intentional container with limited spots so that everyone in the room can truly be seen.
Each circle is different, and that's by design. Some sessions drop into the body through rhythmic drumming or rattles - sound that bypasses the thinking mind and helps your nervous system find it's way to safety. Others move into art or craft making as a form of somatic expression, letting your hands process what words sometimes can't reach. Every circle weaves together breath work, somatic practice, reflection, and shared space, guided by the current monthly theme.
You don't need to be musical. You don't need to be artistic. You don't need to share anything you're not ready to share. You just need to show up.
-Small group - limited spots
-Themed somatic and breath practices
-Rhythmic drumming and rattle work for nervous system regulation
-Art and craft making as somatic and creative expression
-Guided reflection and sharing (always optional)
-Grounding practices to take home
